A 19-year-old girl student of Government Degree College, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, lost her life following an alleged case of sustained ragging, bullying, and harassment, raising serious concerns about campus safety and accountability. According to the complaint filed by her father, the student was physically assaulted and intimidated on September 18 by three classmates-Harshita, Aakriti, and Komolika. He has also alleged that a professor, Ashok Kumar, subjected his daughter to harassment.
