My most requested cookie to make are these Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies. Here is how I do mine and I promise, chilling the dough enhances the flavor. Using butter flavor Crisco in place of regular butter just takes them up a notch even more. | Cookin' Simple , Kim Sasser Hill

These Gingerbread Men are soft, warmly spiced, and hold their shape beautifully — no chilling required! I use butter-flavored Crisco because it keeps the cookies puffier, softer, and easier to roll out right away. This recipe makes about 24 cookies and is perfect for decorating with icing, sprinkles, and candy buttons. If you prefer to use butter, you absolutely can — just know the dough will need to chill, and the cookies will bake flatter and spread a little more. Ingredients • 1 cup butter-fl
