Software is designed and calculate hdd space as 1024 Megabytes in a gigabyte. 500GB when formatted is 465GB. Then you have the system files, xbox 360 system files, cache, updates and reserved storage for screen capture and video capture.

They will most likely not release a bundle with the Kinect and the Limited Edition 1TB AW XboxOne, because then they would have to design a new looking Kinect to fit the "Limited Edition" profile, and it would be quite expensive.
