Clear pricing, rapid and clear receipt and shipment notification, easy returns process, can talk to a human who is polite and knowledgeable, and they stand by their stuff. Easy to find order history online in my Apple account. I recently bought from Best Buy online. Whole different experience.

Sep 20, 2024 · The case lid does feel a little cheaper when closing than the OG Airpods for sure. Apple definitely saved some $ there. But overall I would recommend these over the Airpods Pro unless you specifically want the rubber tips. If you liked the original AirPods at all, and your ears fit the profile, these are fantastic. I give em a 9/10.
