A massive wildfire fueled by Santa Ana winds had destroyed dozens of homes and property in the Camarillo and Somis areas of Ventura County, California. Officials estimate that as of Thursday morning,

Multiple homes in Camarillo and Moorpark have been destroyed and more than 14,000 acres have burned as the Mountain Fire remains at 0% containment in Ventura County.

The fire prompted evacuation orders for more than 10,000 people as it threatened structures in suburban communities and agricultural areas around Camarillo.
