Frozen taquitos sold at Aldi recalled due to metal contamination risk
California-based Bestway Sandwiches, Inc. recalled around 24,870 pounds of frozen chicken and cheese taquito products Saturday as they may be contaminated with foreign material, specifically metal, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service.
Aldi is telling customers with Casa Mamita Chicken & Cheese Taquitos in their freezer to toss them in the trash.
