Warriors star Stephen Curry sat out the front end of a back-to-back Tuesday against the Jazz due to bilateral knee injury management, but the team is hopeful he will play Wednesday.

Dennis Schroder scored 23 points with five 3-pointers, Brandin Podziemski contributed 20 points off the bench with Stephen Curry sitting out to rest his troublesome knees, and the Golden State Warriors beat the stumbling Utah Jazz 114-103 on Tuesday night.

Curry’s injury means the Warriors will be without their three best players in Curry, Draymond Green and Jonathan Kuminga. Green won’t play until next week, while Kuminga won’t return before the Feb. 6 trade deadline from the significant ankle injury he suffered on Jan. 4.
