A Mega Millions ticket sold in Louisiana won $3 million and narrowly missed the $489 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched five winning numbers and the Megaplier, but not the Mega Ball, in the drawing Tuesday, Nov. 26, the national Mega Millions site said.

In March, a lucky Mega Millions player from New Jersey won a whopping $1.1 billion. Although that prize has not been claimed yet, the lottery says that it's not the first time a jackpot went unclaimed. Check below for the winning numbers from the Tuesday, Nov. 26 Mega Millions drawing.
