Paul Merson believes Coventry City will appoint a ‘big name’ new manager to replace Mark Robins.

Coventry parted ways with Mark Robins earlier this week, with Chelsea and England legend Frank Lampard now expected to take the reins of the Championship club

Results aside, probably the most attractive thing Lampard did with the Rams was bring in young Chelsea loanees Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori, both of whom were key in Derby's promotion push, and his Chelsea connections could certainly come in handy for Coventry.
