Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday launched a scathing attack against Congress and the National Conference while addressing a rally in Katra in Jammu and Kashmir. PM Modi said Pakistan is happy from the manifesto of the Congress-National Conference alliance and added that the agenda of the two parties is same as that of Pakistan.
