Dean, a starting linebacker, went down late in the second quarter and is out for the rest of the playoffs after a fine season for the Eagles.

While the Eagles’ offense had some trouble getting going, Vic Fangio’s defense stifled the Packers and the Eagles were able to hold on to win. The Eagles will host either the Vikings or Rams next week in the divisional round.
