Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs will undergo arthroscopic surgery to remove a cartilage fragment in his left knee and is out indefinitely, sources tell ESPN. His return will be based on rehab and he is expected to make a full recovery.

Suggs had missed the Magic's last 14 games with a knee issue, Orlando makes it official he is done for the season.

Suggs is just a 31% 3-point shooter himself, but he sort of makes the Magic go with his energy on both ends and can impact an offense more than his shooting numbers would suggest.

After an MRI on Friday revealed he has a trochlea injury in his left knee, and with arthroscopic surgery being considered, Jalen Suggs is leaving open the possibility that he’ll be able to return before the Orlando Magic’s regular season finishes on April 13.
