Discount grocer Aldi is hiring 13,000 workers to staff up for the holiday season at an average starting pay of $23 per hour.

Aldi is already boosting its hiring for the holiday season with plans to hire over 13,000 store and warehouse workers. It also will boost starting pay.

Aldi is hiring thousands of workers for the upcoming holiday season and for the opening of new stores in the U.S., while also increasing its minimum wages to $18 and $23 an hour.

One of the nation’s most prominent grocery store chains is looking to bolster their workforce, and they’re paying handsomely to do it. Aldi says they’ll be hiring 13,000 new workers.
