The Sixers, who are off to a nightmarish 2-12 start this year, are teetering on the verge of a lost season in the wake of Paul George's latest knee injury.

Philadelphia 76ers star Paul George will miss at least the next two games after an MRI showed no structural damage in his left knee, the team said. He'll be re-evaluated Monday. George hyperextended the knee early in the second half of Wednesday night's 117-111 road loss to the Memphis Grizzlies and did not return.
