God of War Ragnarok's PC port has been tainted by a PSN account requirement, at least according to the backlash it's getting on Steam.

God Of War Ragnarök was one of 2022's hit games on PS5 and PS4, and by all accounts it looks great and plays well on PC, where it arrived via Valve’s storefront earlier this week. The Steam user review score is less than stellar,

God of War Ragnarök is being review bombed on Steam as users once again protest Sony's controversial requirement for PC users to link to a PSN account. At the time of writing, God of War Ragnarök sits on a "mixed" user score amalgamated from almost 5000 player reviews.

Ragnarok has launched to Mixed reviews on Steam, with the vast majority of negative ones upset with the game's PSN account requirements.

Ragnarok isn't having a great day on Steam, where a recent wave of review bombing has left it at a "mixed" score. On release, God of War: Ragnarok was welcomed to the gaming world with open arms, earning high review scores across the board.
