The Jacksonville Jaguars are moving forward with plans to hire Brian Flores as their next head coach, aiming to revitalize the franchise after a challenging 4-13 season.

Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores was added to the Jacksonville Jaguars' list of candidates to replace Doug Pederson.

Brian Flores told reporters on Tuesday that he plans to take every head coaching interview that comes his way. At the time, it was reported that the New York Jets and Chicago Bears had requested interviews with him.
