Traffic across the Brent Spence Bridge came to a halt Monday as police worked to free a man who wedged himself underneath the bridge during a pursuit.

Suspect flees police after chase, crawls underneath Brent Spence Bridge

All lanes on the Brent Spence Bridge were closed Monday evening after a police chase led to a crash and search for a suspect.

A pursuit began as the driver, later identified as Joshua Baker, 38, of Cincinnati, fled from officers north on I-75 and across the Brent Spence Bridge. Police said he lost control and crashed into two other cars on the lower deck of the bridge.
