NJ Transit rail passengers heading into or out of Penn Station New York faced delays of up to an hour Monday morning. Following an earlier suspension, Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Line rail service have resumed with limited service.

Amtrak overhead wire problems on the Northeast Corridor that started Monday morning are continuing to plague rail commuters ride home.

Overhead wire damage was to blame, according to Amtrak, which did not have an estimate as to when repairs would be complete.
