The BBC is set to mark Holocaust Memorial Day on 27 January 2025 and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau with a wide range of programming across TV, Radio and Online, as well as full coverage of the Auschwitz Ceremony from Poland and commemorative events across the UK.

King Charles is set to visit Auschwitz on Jan. 27, to mark 80 years since the liberation of the concentration camp. The trip will be the monarch's fifth to Poland

The King will travel to Poland to mark the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau. Charles will join other dignitaries and Holocaust survivors at a service held at the Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and memorial at the end of January.
