You could win free Super Bowl tickets–as long as you’re not afraid of needles.  People who donate blood to the American Red Cross now through January 26 have the chance to see the big game in New Orleans.

Donors have until Jan. 26 to give blood at either the organization's blood drives or blood donation centers in Michigan.

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - The American Red Cross is encouraging the public to donate to celebrate National Blood Donor Month and save lives. Account manager for the American Red Cross, Amanda Wehnes, said that the Red Cross celebrates National Blood Donor Month in January because it is often a time where they see less donors due to the weather.

As an added incentive, donors who give blood between January 1 and January 26 will be entered for a chance to win a Super Bowl LIX getaway for two in New Orleans. The prize includes pre-game activities, round-trip airfare, a three-night hotel stay, and a $1,000 gift card.
