Preliminary information suggests that the flames have engulfed at least two oil product tankers. According to Rostov Oblast Governor, emergency response units are fighting a large fire at an industrial facility in Kamensky District.

A large fire has engulfed an oil depot in Russia's Rostov Oblast overnight on Nov. 29, local media reported. The Kyiv Independent could not independently verify the location of reported fire. Ukraine's military has not yet commented on the reported attack.

Rostov Oblast Governor Yuri Slyusar claimed a massive attack on the northwestern part of the oblast with 30 drones, allegedly shot down or suppressed by electronic warfare. At the same time, a video of the Atlas oil depot in flames was posted by the Mash Telegram channel shortly after the midnight.
