A Las Vegas man allegedly tried to kill several puppies by covering them in cleaning products and placing them in a trash bag in a dumpster because he was getting evicted, according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained Tuesday.

Court records show Michael Grindrod faces five felony counts of willful and malicious torturing or maiming of an animal.
