With a dismal box office outlook, “Kraven the Hunter” may add to Sony’s list of Spider-Man spinoffs that failed to capture audiences, including “Madame Web” and “Morbius.”

Sony is reportedly giving up on its Spider-Man universe, which includes universally panned films such as Venom and Morbius, as Kraven the Hunter is projected for a worse opening weekend than the disastrous Madame Web.

The Rotten Tomatoes score of Sony's latest Marvel movie, Kraven the Hunter, is about as poor as you might have expected, which is bad news for the studio.
