Traditional clay pottery is seeing a resurgence in the Gaza Strip, where Palestinians are forced to find solutions for a shortage of plates and other crockery to eat from in the territory ravaged by more than a year of war.

As part of a program tradition, fans at Jones AT&T Stadium have made it a habit to throw tortillas on the field to distract Tech’s opponents. After the game, McGuire said he took the microphone after he witnessed more than tortillas flying from the stands.
