On Wednesday at 10 pm, the National Hurricane Center issued an advisory stating that the potential tropical cyclone is 215 miles east-northeast of Cabo Gracias A Dios On Nic hon Border and 380 miles east of Isla Guanaja Honduras, with maximum sustained wind of 30 mph. It’s moving at 9 mph to the west.

A tropical disturbance building in the Caribbean Sea has been designated as Potential Tropical Cyclone 19 by the National Hurricane Center, and is forecast to strengthen into a tropical storm – known as Tropical Storm Sara – over the next few days.

The National Hurricane Center began advisories Wednesday on a system it forecasts to become the season’s next tropical depression or storm. Long-range forecast models predict it will intensify into a hurricane and threaten Florida by the middle of next week.
