A 65-year-old Marshfield man accused in the death of his 80-year-old roommate will appear Wednesday, Dec. 4, before a Plymouth District Court judge to determine whether he should remain behind bars before his trial.

Officials say the 80-year-old victim fell and hit his head on the floor after he was shoved. He died of his injuries at the hospital.

Richard Lombardi, 65, said that Frank Griswold, 80, “often sneezes” and he didn’t want anything to “contaminate the food.”
