Danny Elfman has failed in a bid to dismiss a defamation lawsuit against him. The 71-year-old musician was sued by Nomi Abadi - who previously entered a settlement and non-disclosure agreement with the award-winning star in 2017 after she alleged a year earlier he had exposed himself and sexually harassed her- after she claimed he had "peddled appalling lies" and damaged her reputation when he gave a lengthy statement to Rolling Stone magazine in July 2023.
