Carrot recall at Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Wegmans and more linked to E. coli outbreak
Brands of the recalled carrots include Bunny Luv, Cal Organic, Trader Joe's, 365 Whole Foods, Wegmans and more. The recall was initiated by Grimmway Farms. So far, there have been 39 illnesses, 15 hospitalizations and one death associated with the outbreak. Cases have been reported in 18 states.

The recall was initiated last week and includes multiple brands of both whole and baby carrots produced by Grimmway Farms. The carrots were sold at multiple retailers, including big names like Target, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts and more.
E. coli bacteria can cause a severe infection, including symptoms like stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and fever.
