Arthur Smith could once again be joining the head coaching ranks, this time at the college football level. On Tuesday, the Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator was added to On3 Sports' Head Coach Hot Board for the recently-vacated North Carolina Tar Heels head coaching job.

Some people within the Pittsburgh Steelers organization believe that offensive coordinator Arthur Smith could be doing more to help the team’s offense, insider Jason La Canfora said on 93.7 the Fan.
