Deebo Samuel’s days in the Bay Area appear to be numbered. The star wide receiver reportedly requested a trade at the end of the season, and the team has granted him and his agent permission to seek one.

Samuel had just over 600 yards last season and dealt with a calf strain for much of the year, limiting his explosiveness. Injuries have racked up over his career, and he is heading into the last year of a massive extension he signed with the 49ers.
