The In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals at the Pomona Fairplex in Southern California had a little too much excitement when a small plane crashed near the dragstrip. Fortunately, nobody on the ground was injured by the crash.

Authorities say three people were injured aboard a single-engine plane that crashed near a Southern California dragstrip where fans were gathered for the finals of a racing event.

After 40 years, the inevitable plane crash finally happened near the legendary SoCal dragstrip. No deaths reported.
