Pittsburgh Pirates ace Paul Skenes is focused on becoming a more complete pitcher in 2024. The reigning National League Rookie of the Year says he spent the offseason tinkering with adding two new pitches to an arsenal that includes a fastball that regularly hits 100 mph.

We're not sure it's possible for Skenes to get any nastier on the mound, but he's certainly trying as he experiments with a two-seamer and a cutter.
