Kansas State football coach Chris Klieman talks about the importance of a healthy Avery Johnson to the Wildcats' running game.

Contrary to rumors, Kansas State football coach Chris Klieman made it clear Monday that he has no intention of retiring anytime soon.

K-State athletic director Gene Taylor chimed in a few seconds later and said he would be annoyed if Klieman chose to retire. Then Klieman joked about how much trouble he would be in for retiring without first discussing the possibility with his wife, who is currently out of town.

Kansas State football's win over Cincinnati not only improved the Wildcats' record to 8-3, but also changed the terms of Chris Klieman's contract.
