When the Houston Rockets needed help with their worst uniforms, they turned to artist and costumer Eiko Ishioka.

The shorts have the original Houston Rockets logo on one side with the Summit logo on the buckle portion. The trim on the shorts is an homage to the appearance of the championship banners.
