Bubba Wallace had a disappointing showing at this year's Daytona 500. Wallace, who has finished second at "The Great American Race" twice in his career, most recently in 2022, did not finish Sunday night after being involved in a crash late in the race.

The 31-year-old Wallace has generated extra attention of late, especially since he booked a solid starting position in the said upcoming race. By winning the first of two qualifying races for the Daytona 500, Wallace secured himself a No. 3 spot in the starting lineup of the 67th running of the “The Great American Race.”

Chase Elliott finished 15th in the Daytona 500 and was shuffled down the pack after deciding to try and work with Bubba Wallace in the final stage.
