The death toll from a Russian missile strike that destroyed a clinic in the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia on Tuesday has risen to six, while four more people remain under the rubble, the regional governor and emergency services said on Wednesday.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast Governor Ivan Fedorov announced on Telegram that a 74-year-old man who was injured in the attack had succumbed to his wounds in the hospital. Rescue workers also recovered the body of another victim from the rubble.

A Russian missile attack has killed at least six people and injured another 22 - including a child - in Ukraine's southern city of Zaporizhzhia, local officials say. As many as five people may still be trapped under rubble after Tuesday's strike on a private clinic and residential buildings in the city centre, police say.
