It may not be confirmed as of now, but reports suggest that Devdutt Padikkal and Yash Dayal have been added to the squad. Padikkal and Dayal were in the reserves. The news is yet to be official and the expectations are it will happen soon.

The medical team advised the Rajasthan left-armer rest and hence it was decided that Dayal would fly in while Khaleel fly back home.

"Yash Dayal was originally supposed to play the A Test but was sent to South Africa. If Khaleel Ahmed can't bowl then there was no point of keeping him back," a BCCI source privy to the development told PTI.
