The Canadian pop-punk star has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide and is known for hits like "Sk8er Boi," "Complicated" and "Girlfriend."

The "Sk8r Boi" singer will headline "The Greatest Hits" tour with Simple Plan and We The Kings opening this May in Saratoga Springs.

The tour begins in New Brunswick, Canada on May 18 and stops in Syracuse, NYC, Niagra Falls, Cincinnati, St. Louis, Raleigh, Tampa, Hollywood, Jacksonville, and more, wrapping up on June 29 in Ontario. Tickets to all shows go on sale Friday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. local time, with an artist presale starting Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 10 a.m. local time.

Avril Lavigne is bringing her "Greatest Hits Tour" to Hersheypark Stadium. She will perform at 7 p.m. on June 7 with Simple Plan and We the Kings. The 19-date tour will see Lavigne sing her biggest songs to date, including "Complicated," "Sk8er Boi," "Girlfriend" and more from her record-breaking catalog.

Lavigne was just 16 years old when she signed the contract for her debut album "Let Go," which came out in — brace yourselves, Millennials — 2002.
