A stretch of Route 222 is closed in Lancaster County after a multi-vehicle crash involving a flipped tractor-trailer. According to PennDOT, the crash occurred at 4:52 a.m. on Route 222 southbound between the Adamstown exit and the I-76 exit to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Denver.
