All the power reaches the wheel via a six-speed transmission while being heavily monitored by an array of rider aids. These include traction control, wheelie control, ride modes, and cornering ABS.

The Pikes Peak model of the 2025 Multistrada V4 range comes standard with an Akrapovic titanium silencer. This model is available in three color options: red, white, and black. However, the latter two colors are exclusive to the higher-spec S variant.
