The Department of Defense Education Activity school system is pulling books “potentially related to gender ideology or discriminatory equity ideology topics” from its classrooms and libraries around the world,

Oscar winner Julianne Moore claims her children’s book “Freckleface Strawberry” was banned by the Department of Defense’s Education Activity, a global network of 160 schools serving military families.

Moore's 2007 coming-of-age book, "Freckleface Strawberry," is among “a small number” of books being kept for “further review," according to a Department of Defense memo.
