Israeli airstrikes target central Beirut, hitting areas beyond Hezbollah strongholds to further pressure the terrorist organization.

The attack was the third strike in the Lebanese capital this week, part of a wave of amped-up Israeli military activity across the country.

This strike comes hours after Israeli airstrikes killed a hospital director at his home in northeastern Lebanon and six others, while at least five paramedics were killed by Israeli strikes in the country’s south on Friday, Lebanon’s Health Ministry said.
