Your safety is important, the yard is fenced and secure and it is a no smoking property. The enclosed covered porch is cozy and complete with a swing, glider and ambiance that includes string lighting & throws. Your well behaved, potty trained fur baby of 40 pounds or less is welcome (with a pet fee of course). We added a mini fort, complete with a sand box, slide and toddler size rock wall! (PLEASE remember children must be accompanied by an adult as we assume no responsibility for accidents). The kitchen has full size Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Dish washer, Stove top with Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Plates, Bowls, everything you need to create a dinner worthy of your family.
