We are staying right here so we went to the bay several time, we ate dinner, one night we kayaked. We learned it was originally a marsh and dredged for construction that didn't happen. Full review by SheilaWeed
Any idea when the park will be fully developed with services (ie, a visitor center that is staffed full time, trails, ect.)?

The visitor's center is closed and the Columbus landing site has always been a joke. A rocky beach littered with used appliances and trash. This national park is a joke.
As a Timeshare staying there on an exchange, what will be the daily cost per person for the meal plan, taxes, gratuities for an arrival on April 18th, 2015?

I didn't have a meal plan. Our meals cost about the same as they do in the U.S.
