Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with close proximity to DFW, all shopping, grocery, restaurants, lakes with hiking trails, makes this the perfect home away from home. There are three bedrooms total (7 beds + 1 crib + 1 sofa): Master bedroom on the ground floor with King bed; upstairs there is another King bed + crib in one bedroom; Queen bed & twin over twin bunk bed in another. There's a day bed with the trundle bed (both are twin sized) in the living room and a comfy sofa in the family room. The private pool in the back yard is available for use dawn to dusk. There is no fence around it, so please exercise caution when enjoying outdoor space. Minors must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. You will have access to the entire house.
