That's correct. Tickets are free; you just reserve online. Reserve ahead of time because they tend to go quick. But be forewarned, you may be disappointed when you get there. We went in July and there were so few animals that we were shocked. There were signs saying the exhibits were closed because of covid, but I mean it was LOTS. We were disappointed and didn't stay long.
