"I went to the store and placed an order, was told it would be three - 5 days. 11 days later I started calling the store, only to get an extremely rapid busy signal day after day for four - 5 days. Finally, I went to the store and they told me the item was an extremely hard to get item and could take months . I asked for a refund , and they said they couldn't give a refund because the item had not been shipped, instead gave me the phone number for their corporate office to get a refund . Upon calling the corporate office, corporate told me to go back to the store and demand a refund. Extremely incompetent people with an extremely incompetent business model . Don't shop here."
