"This was our first visit so I was excited to experience their chicken. I found it to be good but didn't win me over as compared to other major fast food chicken chains. \n\nI ordered the CHICKEN SANDWICH which I did enjoy. I found the chicken to be covered in a crunchier coasting that some other chains, but it's flavour was a little bland to me. \n\nThe dipping sauce is very important to me at a chicken chain. I like to dip fries and chicken tenders (if ordered). I was not a fan of the Raising Cane signature Cane sauce."

"This location needs to get better managers. Went last night took long and the workers were really nice, making jokes and laughing with me. Just went tonight at 5:54 and the drive through worker whose name is Aaron C was rude asf. He was rushing me while I was trying to order my food and when I pulled up to the window he told me to look at the app next time I come so I don't take so long bc they are on a timer and then I asked him for a carrier but asked to hand me the drinks and then the carrier and he proceeded to say that I am doing too much and he's not doing all that. He had an attitude the whole time I was ordering idk if workers can't tell but customers can hear when you have an attitude based off the way you talk and the tone you got. I also used to work at Taco Bell for a year or more(at 16 not 40 yrs old) and never was rude to a customer and never said anything about the time he was just being rude and rushy asf and didn't even make my food right. Called the store and said you guys missed an item and I wasn't coming tonight I'll come tmr bc it should of been made right to begin with and the lady said "okay bro come tmr then" in a rude ass tone. Fast food workers need to get a reality check bc they are working in fast food, they chose to work there no one forced them to work there so there should be no need to receive a bitchy ass attitude when ordering the food I'm spending MY money on. Don't go to this Taco Bell they be standing outside smoking blunts and cigarettes every time I go or drive past and always say they don't got items, go to the one on trussing rd in Reynoldsburg. Just got renovated and the people are way nicer there."
