"I bought a used tesla from Ricart. This should have been the easiest transaction. We agreed on price before I got there and I paid cash. They sold me a car that they didn't fully own yet because it was coming off a lease. They let me leave with the car and because of this I couldn't get prior owner off of the car for almost a month to be able to use all functionality. The car even had the prior owners credit card in it. I spent two weeks on the phone with Tesla and Ricarts sales manager telling me to come back to their store (45min drive) so they could get the prior owner off. I drove down there and they had some guy try to do it who had no idea what he was doing. They also gave me the prior owners phone number and told me to call him. End of the day, all they care about is moving cars vs the customer experience. No way they should have sold that car until they actually owned it. Made my life hard for 30 days but I love the car. The sales manager I worked with gave me a runaround. Very disappointed. Would not recommend."

"Friendly staff however, since they have a captured audience (students and faculties) their permit prices way too high. Appeal policy is lobsided towards their own interest. I got a ticket after 5:30 pm for not seeing the loading sign. I submitted an appeal. I received a response which did not mention that the area was dark. Called them they told me there is a second appeal that I can try however, I have to pay first. OSU should take over the parking lots as they did in the past and reduce the permit prices."

"Run, don't walk, AWAY from the service center at this location. I'm stunned at how little they knew about fixing a keyboard on a Dell laptop. \n\nIt took them a week to misdiagnose the problem. Then I took it back to them again and they decided it would take another week to totally replace to keyboard. \n\nNot wanting to wait another week, I went to Geek Squad. They looked at the computer, typed in a solution to fix an apparently "well known" glitch in Windows and solved my keyboard issues. Took two minutes and they didn't even charge me. GEEK SQUAD ROCKS!!!"
