Are all Harman pellet stoves good or are some better than others?

The P-68 has a higher available BTU rating but you pay for that with an 8 pound per hour appetite for pellets. The XXV is a little harder to work on but much prettier. Either one is a great stove.

WEBOct 11, 2011 · All good reliable units, I do feel Enviro for the money spent (with Quad and Harman, thats the rub for most folks) is the best value out there. The Whitfield 2T (the most copied stove ever) is probably the most bullet proof, will not die stove. There are many good stoves out there folks, Its personal preference most of the time.

I've seen this described as the same as a "Ford vs. Chevy" debate, but nevertheless I'd value some input. The stove will be going into our 1100 sq ft. seasonal cottage in New Hampshire.

With a pellet stove (unlike a wood stove), very little cast iron actually heats up, it's mostly in the heat exchanger and the surfaces around the heat exchanger. So it's pretty much all about looks. That's why we have it, and the heat helps a little too.

Would You Recommend the Castle Serenity Pellet Stove?
WEBJul 24, 2017 · The fit and finish is still good, but not as refined as higher end stoves. The power draw is very low for the heat it puts out. Pellet usage will vary with pellet type and condition, but the Serenity is forgiving of many pellet conditions. It just takes a bit of user input to make adjustments accordingly.

I've been burning wood pellets for over 15 years now and in my opinion, Harman's are the top of the line.
